- How to prepare — simple prep instructions when your apartment is on the list (for example, clearing under the kitchen sink)
- Post-treatment instructions — what to do and what to avoid after we've treated, including safety information
- Missed access notices — if we couldn't get into your apartment, and how to get back on the schedule
- Schedule changes — if a visit is moved or canceled
- Follow-up check-ins — a quick question about whether the problem is resolved, so we know if the unit needs another visit
