Our commitment

No Bug Pest Control is committed to ensuring that nobugpest.com is accessible to people with disabilities. What we've done

This is a small-business website maintained by an owner-operator, not a software team. We take accessibility seriously and have taken the following steps:

• Conducted an accessibility audit of the site against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria
• Added a skip-to-content link for keyboard users
• Built an accessible mobile navigation menu with proper ARIA attributes
• Ensured our email modal traps focus correctly and can be closed with the Escape key
• Verified color contrast ratios meet AA thresholds across backgrounds
• Marked decorative images and icons as hidden from assistive technology
• Added this accessibility statement and a way to report issues

Known limitations

We are a working pest control company, not a technology company. While we work to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, we acknowledge that some content may not yet fully conform. We are committed to addressing issues as they are identified.
