What you'll receive
- Work order confirmations — when we receive and schedule a request
- Tech-arrival notifications — typically 15–60 minutes before we arrive
- Service completion notices — sometimes with a link to the signed service record
- Operational coordination — schedule changes, access issues, follow-up scheduling
We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Ever.

How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing after that. You can also email info@nobugpest.com and ask to be removed. Opting out has no effect on your pest control service.
